Svenska Järnvägen (SJ) came to Hyper Island with a big issue. The problem was that they didn’t have a clue on who and how many passengers were actually on their trains. They wanted to have a bigger overview and to know what was possible for them to do better for their passengers. 
My team and I came up with a concept for their commuters, who has a yearly membership. For them, we created an app where it’s possible to cancel their trip from their locked screens on smartphone. Furthermore, they will be able to get instant information about their specific trip, seat, offers and more.
